Called me in i couldn't walk because of my back 3 others went in and still didn't come get me in my wheel chair. system need to do better

Emergency staff should be polite with patients . Nurse name grace working in emergency responded patients with so much attitude and rudely one of the patient asked why other getting first who came late and am waiting since 9 she said hey it’s not walking clinic it’s triage bla . She can nicely say that sorry we re doing out best to help everyone . Not by insulting patients or needy people . So much rudeness

I broke a bone in my leg that's going to need a trauma surgeon. From the time I was brought in by ambulance to the time I was transferred out of emerg 7 hours later the staff have been absolutely wonderful to me. I have seen some really belligerent patients whilst I've been here but the ER nurses handled each with grace and dignity. I'm am astounded at the service here.
