Very rude receptionist — has zero manners when speaking on the phone. She disconnected the call midway without answering or resolving my question. I would not recommend contacting this branch.
They never care about patient always ignore patient condition
Their community health workers continue to park in my designated parking spot when I go out. This needs to get put to an end. Go park on the street and walk in if visitors parking is full.
No Doctors in surrey pediatric emergency for hours,i am waiting from 9 hours to see a Doctor and still staff don't have any right answers that more i have to wait to see a doctor, they says people wait 18 hours to see Doctors is nothing new, stay tight or go home we can't do anything. REALLY SAD
I don’t fully understand the process at the ER. When you arrive, they ask about your symptoms at the registration desk. Then, before even seeing a doctor, they often perform tests like an ECG, blood work, a chest X-ray, and an ultrasound. To me, this feels like guesswork and a waste of resources. On top of that, after waiting for six hours to see the doctor, before you get to the doctor they will request another round of blood tests, which seems like an unnecessary waste of patients' time.
