No Doctors in surrey pediatric emergency for hours,i am waiting from 9 hours to see a Doctor and still staff don't have any right answers that more i have to wait to see a doctor, they says people wait 18 hours to see Doctors is nothing new,stay tight or go home we can't do anything. REALLY SAD
I don’t fully understand the process at the ER. When you arrive, they ask about your symptoms at the registration desk. Then, before even seeing a doctor, they often perform tests like an ECG, blood work, a chest X-ray, and an ultrasound. To me, this feels like guesswork and a waste of resources. On top of that, after waiting for six hours to see the doctor, before you get to the doctor they will request another round of blood tests, which seems like an unnecessary waste of patients' time.
I recommend this health organization to you. As it is an amazing organization that is committed to excellence in healthcare. Full of responsive, experienced, committed and friendly staff who work in a very complex environment to provide the best care to patients. It also has a large parking lot although it is not free and you have to pay.
You would think a provincial health authority would have an accessible after hours drop off for ID... Quite disappointed in their services
thursday afternoon receptionist was so rude and dismissive, not just with us but almost all patients that came in while we were there. doesnt let the patients finish answering one of her many questions before she asks another one. very rude and horrible to see in the healthcare community
