Doctor and nurses in this clinic is very supportive, kind snd compassionate
Like many public health centres it can be hit or miss at Tri Cities Mental Health, depending on who you get assigned to your case. I have been a client since 2017. Originally being very unhappy with a past case worker, I was thankfully matched with Ingrid in 2019 after a crisis and she has helped transform my life immensely. I am so grateful that I have access to free and proper support for my mental health. This place probably saved my life.
Not sure why such low ratings. These guys took care of me, provided me with meds I desperately needed and quality of my life has never been better. Only thing I regret is not asking for help earlier. The psychiatrist even thanked me for getting my blood work done in a timely manner.
