I appreciate the point of the program, but as a mental health professional myself I have been shocked at how much the staff lack knowledge and skills to meet the needs of the families and the clients. My child participated in day treatment, skills and psych assessment through Fraser. The staff are incompetent, unprofessional, and lack the ability to provide whole family care (family sessions were a joke). The staff do not genuinely care about your child and family.
