I've had only a brief encounter, and I am disappointed with the service delivery of this institution. As a mental health practitioner myself, the lack of consideration in scheduling is baffling to me. Even when I requested to speak with an administrator or supervisor, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes, and no one answered the call or even left a voicemail.
