This isn't even the dealership we purchased our truck from. We switched to this one for the service department after multiple poor experiences at Menzies. The service team here is incredibly thorough, never pushes unnecessary extras, and the front desk staff are some of the kindest people I've ever met. Bonus points - they're dog friendly! They were all so sweet to our puppy while we waited for the truck to be serviced. Thank you, team!
