The friendly service offered from this family run business was second to none. I got the best deal available and quick delivery. After sales service has been at the same high level…. I have done business with Mr Fraser Robb and now his family both Lorna and Struan, now for over 15 years. I have bought a Flail mower, ATV’s, 2 ride on mowers, all of which I have to transport up to the highlands to my Croft. Without even a hesitation, a trailer was produced and loaned. Follow up issues with care and maintenance including parts etc is always easily found in very helpful parts department who also takes care of warranty issues. Altogether, a family business that looks after and cares for its customers!
After being let down by other merchants fraser c robb had exactly what I needed when I needed it and keynote for a few days till I could get down to collect. Upon collection day made sure it was all running right and filled with fluids. Even loaded it into my pick-up with the forklift. Couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Even posted out stuff after the sale to help. Purchased a venom 15ton petrol log splitter.
