I've lived here for a while it can be loud but it's pretty cheap for what you get no need to pay for water or electricity so it's pretty nice
Built in an age before soundproofing was invented, and not upgraded since. Are you loud inconsiderate of others and rude then you have found your home they will rent to you no problem. Have children, need to sleep through the night and show up on time rested and ready to work at your job? Keep looking. There are many new modern buildings in Yellowknife that are a better deal. Drunky building. Loud groups of angry drunks around the building yelling for tenants to come or out let them in. Not safe. High priced, units not modern.
