I had an extremely distressing experience with the reception staff at this clinic while simply trying to reschedule my son's allergy test. What should have been a straightforward request turned into a deeply stressful interaction that affected my own health. I just called this clinic being so upset about my daughter’s health condition. English is my third language so I couldn’t clearly explain to the staff what is my problem. The lady told me that I was yelling at her. She didn’t even try to ask additional questions about my situation. I wish the staff of the clinic would be more helpful to new immigrants.
