After waiting 3 months to hear from this clinic, they booked me an appointment 2 months from the time of receiving my bloodwork. The day of the appointment comes and I was notified that the doctor is sick, and the soonest available appointment for me will be at THE END OF OCTOBER. I was referred here back in March, and have now been forced to wait over half of a calendar year to earn myself a visit. Truly unbelievable incompetence, there are no reasonable integral or punctuality standards present here.

No sympathy or empathy for the patients at all. Very bad experience, patients are just another numbers for them and they treat them very bad. Also very rude and bad front desk. They are just taking advantage of peoples situation.

Very rude receptionist. She clearly shouldn’t work in a customer service department. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Good thing I didn’t book an appointment.

I called to ask a simple question about the estimated wait time for an appointment, and the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude. I was polite and just looking for basic information, but the response was dismissive and unprofessional. First impressions matter, and this interaction was enough for me to decide not to proceed. I would not recommend based on my experience.
