I called to ask a simple question about the estimated wait time for an appointment, and the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude. I was polite and just looking for basic information, but the response was dismissive and unprofessional. First impressions matter, and this interaction was enough for me to decide not to proceed. I would not recommend based on my experience.

I had an extremely distressing experience with the reception staff at this clinic while simply trying to reschedule my son's allergy test. What should have been a straightforward request turned into a deeply stressful interaction that affected my own health. The receptionist I spoke with was shockingly rude, condescending, and completely lacking in basic people skills. I just called this clinic being so upset about my daughter’s health condition. English is my third language so I couldn’t clearly explain to the staff what is my problem. The lady told me that I was yelling at her. She didn’t even try to ask additional questions about my situation. I wish the staff of the clinic would be more helpful to new immigrants.
