No sympathy or empathy for the patients at all. Very bad experience, patients are just another numbers for them and they treat them very bad. Also very rude and bad front desk. They are just taking advantage of peoples situation.
Very rude receptionist. She clearly shouldn’t work in a customer service department. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Good thing I didn’t book an appointment.

I called to ask a simple question about the estimated wait time for an appointment, and the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude. I was polite and just looking for basic information, but the response was dismissive and unprofessional. First impressions matter, and this interaction was enough for me to decide not to proceed. I would not recommend based on my experience.
