It's always easy to place a service call. The Technicians arrive promptly, are friendly & amazing to work with, & consistently leave our equipment in excellent condition.

We are a large school, our copiers are very important. Teachers rely on them every day. When we have a jam or an issue, we can rely on Fraser to get to us fast, usually the same day. They fix it fast so we are up and running in no time. The techs are amazing, kind, and they explain everything. Definitely recommend them.
My experience with Fraser has been wonderful. They answer calls pretty quick. The techs, Ruben, Kris and John are professional and very knowledgeable.
We have been treated very badly by this company. They refused to come to our business to help us with leased equipment. We have paid over $8K for a machine that we used for one year. We were locked into a 5 year lease. Very Deceptive. Still waiting for them to pick up their piece of junk.
