We have been treated very badly by this company. They refused to come to our business to help us with leased equipment. We have paid over $8K for a machine that we used for one year. We were locked into a 5 year lease. Very Deceptive. Still waiting for them to pick up their piece of junk.
Jon is an amazing technician. Always so professional and sweet. No question is never too much for him.
This company has two parking lots on cherry st but its employees and company vehicle still take up the limited atreet parking spaces on a daily bases

I have been using Fraser as my copier source for about 7 years. They are an excellent business with the best of people, from the office and sales staff to their great technicians. I am a small printing business, but they have treated me as if I was a larger Corporation. Providing excellent service as well as fair charges on my contract. Unless something changes I will continue my association with Fraser and recommend them highly.
