Great customer service! The detail in explaining what went wrong with my old ac system and how it could be repaired with cost information. The time/patience to hear my concerns and provide a resolution that could work for me was outstanding. My nee ac system works amazingly well with this summer heat. Nicholas was amazing to work with and has a very good attention to detail.

Needing to replace my 20 yr old AC system, I got a few estimates... I can say, Nicolas from Frascona HVAC-R was the most knowledgeable and straightforward. I appreciate the fact he did not waste my time with a long sales pitch or push additional services. His pricing was fair and competitive. His installation crew was personable and most important, they did high quality work. I highly recommend Frascona HVAC-R.
