I’ve been to many derms over the years and this was by far the best across the board. The new patient onboarding was easy and efficient. The office is large and a bit of a maze but there is plenty of directional signage. The PAs were friendly and professional. Dr. Beers was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, and informative. She gave me honest and direct recommendations that I’ve been looking for. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist in the Philadelphia area.
I went to RINGPFIEL DERMATOLOGY because I was having issues with my scalp. More specifically a lot of scratching and accessive flaking. The treatment that the doctor and I discussed, hopefully will help resolve my issues in the short term and hopefully the long-term as well. The doctor was patient ,knowledgeable listened to my concerns, examined me and we discussed a plan. I would recommend this dermatology center. My only issue was trying to get an appointment through their on-line portal, it was a pain. So I just called.
I had a really positive experience here. I was seen almost immediately and worked with Dr. Klein. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor. The whole appointment was probably only 15-20 minutes. I didn't feel rushed or anything. Dr. Klein was a very thorough . The support staff was very friendly and well. I'd highly recommend.
Bao was wonderful with fully explaining the procedure and how to take take care of my skin before and after the procedure. She also gave me a few samples of products to try at home.
I had Dr.Claire Dorfman and her assistant Maria. Claire was very professional and caring. Explained everything. Great doctor. Maria was excellent and patched up very nicely the two biopsy cuts.
