I used Adam to sell my house in Little Elm in June of 2017. The house sold quickly (they all do) and Heather did most of the work. I needed a copy of my closing statement (for the class action suit against Keller Williams) and couldn’t remember the title company. Since I no longer live in the state I contacted Franzetti but they were absolutely no help. I ended up having to contact another realtor to get the information they simply could have looked up on their system. No service after the sell. 😡

Julie McHarper is an amazing agent! Her sense of humor, personality, and professionalism are top notch! I had another interaction with a different agent in her office and he was more flat than a 15 year old bottle of opened root beer. Do yourself a favor and request Julie McHarper, she is Scottish and such a blast to work with! BTW - If Franzetti states that I am not known to their company, I will post photos of the many email I have from their real estate company. Have a nice day!
