My provider listens and explains so I can understand my health
Provider was delayed but was apologetic for the delay
Dr Franzetti is wonderful. He is very caring
Dr. Franzetti is an excellent, caring doctor. I have been his patient for many years.
He is a great doctor and listens when you explain why you went to see a doctor.
I waited only one minute to see Dr Franzetti even though I was 30 minutes early. He was very friendly and took the time to speak with me for a while. He is very supportive.
Doctors are fantastic the front desk staff are very helpful but the customer service phones and website are terrible can't get medication renewed or appointments or lab results
I think the other system was better for the community
I feel my provider understand me and my need great doctor
