I have been coming to Franzen Dental office for almost 2 years now and both my son and myself love it. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Perla at the front desk Is very welcoming, very knowledgeable, very helpful and capable of dealing with the insurance companies. She is understanding and kind when it comes to taking payments and coordinating the benefits. All of the assistance to the dentist have been very kind and supportive as well.
