Very good at their job it’d be Hard to get mad at them , great pricing and they have payment plans if eligible me and my family have gone here for years, here and great works automotive is who I recommend for all car needs
They're good at what they do and go outta there way to make sure all your needs are good before you leave
My husband found a large metal shard in one of our rear tires. He was slated to travel 60 miles the next morning and we only own one car. He took the car to Franz the next morning. They were only open until noon, so we were in a pickle. They put the car up and found the metal piece had not punctured the tire. They checked the air pressure on all four tires and told him to a nice day…no charge. We will be delivering lunch to them in the coming week!
I am so grateful for the people that work here, I live in Florida and I called about my daughters car, she is 19 I spoke with them about brakes and roters, my daughter dropped her car off and said the people at the establishment were so nice. As they looked and checked out her car they called me and kept me updated on everything. I asked them for a last minute request about her thermostat and they were able to do it.
