Buying a home is stressful, but our realtor made the process remarkably smooth. He coordinated inspections, kept everyone on schedule, negotiated effectively, and was always available when questions came up. We always felt like he was protecting our interests rather than just trying to get a deal closed. His market knowledge and attention to detail gave us confidence every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the experience and would gladly work with him again.

I wanted to share my experience working with Frantz. He was an absolute trooper in helping me navigate the simultaneous sale of my current home and the purchase of a new one. Throughout several stressful events, Frantz maintained a supportive and professional attitude that made a significant difference. I truly appreciate his dedication and expertise.

Frantz helped me find my dream house. He explained the process from start to finish; he was patient as I selected properties of interest. Great real estate agent to work with.

Great and most patient agent ever, worked with me while my credit was dumpster fire through the years until it became worthy and now he had guided me to my family’s dream first home. Most agents are in it for the quick buck he was in it to see my family win I so appreciate him and Samson for that.

From the very beginning, he was attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market. I’m a first time homebuyer I was nervous and I had no idea of what I was doing but Frantz was with me every step of the way to make sure I got into the house of my dreams and a great deal. I highly recommend Frantz as a... read more
