Very unprofessional, lacks accountability, and rude. Appointment was scheduled for 1pm. I arrived early, around 1235 pm [as a new patient in case there was paperwork to complete].The door was locked to business, parking lot empty. Called the number, Xaverius answered and said he was grabbing lunch and the place he was grabbing lunch from was serving late. I was in excruciating pain on a random weekend night. Think jaw throbbing pain. I called Dr. Xaverius and he fit me in at 9pm! He wasn’t even my normal dentist! He was great! Very kind a caring! I highly recommend him!
I broke a tooth and was in a great deal of pain and thought I could make it until Monday but realized I couldn't go that long. I called Saturday afternoon at 4pm and was told to come on in. I was greeted upon arrival and although my "mighty mouse" tooth was not cooperating doc took his time and got it out in one piece. Very professional, great personality and explained every step of the procedure.
