Francesca is a friendly and knowledgeable public notary that was flexible in being able to meet at a time and location that worked within my schedule. My issues were located outside California, and my documents were from other states. I was concerned at first when she told me she couldn't sign those documents due to California laws, but then she pulled out the California equivalent of a notary farm that she could attach to the documents that I needed notarized.
