This man haunts my nightmares. He was my childhood orthodontist. He pulled barely loose baby teeth with no care or warning. He put braces on my BABY TEETH. He was heartless with painful, multiple procedures with children instead of waiting for their teeth to actually grow in so you pay for YEARS of service. He widened my jaw, had multiple metal apparatuses in my mouth at one time for multiple years, had teeth extracted. I had braces multiple times. I’ve had terrible experiences here. During my most traumatizing visit Dr. Schonberg claimed I was biting him... he had his thumb at the base of my wisdom teeth prying my jaw open further than I could open it and after over an hour my jaw became sore and started to close. He wouldn’t give me time to rest my jaw and then became angry so he aggressively clamped my jaw to his leg for over an hour, forcing my jaw to remain open and my head was falling off of the chair while he remained working. Dr. Schonberg is great! We always get the one on one care that we need. He is well worth the premium! My daughter is currently seeing him, and based on my friends experiences with their own orthodontists, my daughters is doing at least twice as good. He is really the best in the Atlanta area.
