We have been utilizing Fran's Car Care for approximately two years now to take care of a Subaru and a Honda. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. It is difficult to find a local, reputable shop these days with so many places being corporate owned. We enjoy the personalized service that we receive. Yes, you need to call in advance for appointments. Well worth the wait if it is not an emergency!

This is a funny review, not so funny for the business owner. Just moved in the area and this shop is the closest with great reviews. Brought in my brand new Tesla Model Y Long Range for state inspection. I was declined to get a same day state inspection and was given an option 34 days out on the next month! What will you inspect on a brand new car??? Fastest way to lose a customer. Booked a next day state inspection with Tires Plus Harrisburg.
