This is a funny review, not so funny for the business owner. Just moved in the area and this shop is the closest with great reviews. Brought in my brand new Tesla Model Y Long Range for state inspection. I was declined to get a same day state inspection and was given an option 34 days out on the next month! What will you inspect on a brand new car??? Fastest way to lose a customer. Booked a next day state inspection with Tires Plus Harrisburg.

It’s rare these days to find someone in the auto repair world who is not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely honest and that’s exactly what I found here. From the moment I brought my car in, I felt like I was in good hands. Alex took the time to explain what was wrong in a way I could actually understand, gave me options, and never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need.
Second time taking my vehicle to Fran's and I'm once again satisfied. I've dealt with Alex (I think he may run the shop now) - he's friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Prices were very fair - their charge for front brakes/rotors plus a few other small maintenance items was 40% LESS than the quote from an independent auto shop down the road (and likely even lower vs dealership). And compared to my rear brake job from 3 years ago, Fran's hadn't inflated their prices/labor as much as most places. I've just used them for basics... read more
