François is incredible, I discovered him 3 years ago and it changed my life. He realigns my body and mind, always finding the source of the problem with hypervigilance, keen awareness. I feel renewed, reenergized after each session. He also suggests helpful exercises to integrate new habits, his passion and knowledge are endless. I am so grateful for him, he is my therapist for my body & mind! Invaluable!
