I had my gallbladder removed today by Dr. Keri Frano, and she was AMAZING. She is quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and even funny. Love the accent !! I was in and out fast, with zero complications, and I’m already feeling great on day 1. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a general surgeon in the Cleburne or Johnson County area! She will be referred by me to anyone I know needing a gallbladder removal. I have read some of the reviews about the office but disagree. not good, procedure went bad. went back for check up she said theres nothing eles she could do, tould me go to pain management and walked out.
Office staff is incompetent. Ever heard of HIPAA? Geez! While sitting in the lobby for over half an hour, I listened to the front desk employee call several folks up and loudly confirm their conditions, past surgical history and current medications. How unprofessional! The MA in the back should do this in private. Not holding out much hope for the rest of the visit and we still haven't made it back to to a room yet.
If you want your loved one to live or survive never let this so called doctor touch them. For more info on how incompetent she is just give me a call. Facts on her are to many to post. Should be able to give her much less than one star. She’s a nightmare. Saw her only in hospital but she is very poor.
