not good, procedure went bad. went back for check up she said theres nothing eles she could do, tould me go to pain management and walked out.
Office staff is incompetent. Ever heard of HIPAA? Geez! While sitting in the lobby for over half an hour, I listened to the front desk employee call several folks up and loudly confirm their conditions, past surgical history and current medications. How unprofessional! The MA in the back should do this in private. Not holding out much hope for the rest of the visit and we still haven't made it back to to a room yet.
This Dr messed up my surgery, and I now have to see someone else to fix it. She sent me home with a pain pump in my body that was broke and didn't work. I went all weekend without pain medicine. Her answer to me was I should have gone to the ER. She was on a vacation and no one answered her phone calls. Do not go to this so called D.O. doctor.
This Doctor had the worst bed side manner of any doctor I've ever seen. My father had to have emergent surgery and Dr. Frano is who was on call. He survived the situation and the surgery but I would not recommend her for her personal demeanor and uncaring attitude. Doesn't give patient or family time to ask questions or digest the diagnosis.
If you want your loved one to live or survive never let this so called doctor touch them. For more info on how incompetent she is just give me a call. Facts on her are to many to post. Should be able to give her much less than one star. She’s a nightmare. Saw her only in hospital but she is very poor.
This Dr. Is the absolute worst! She nessed up on the procedure, and when I went back to get it fixed she put numbing medicine in the area she was stitching up. She didn't even do that right, and I felt everything! She didn't care. I will never recommend this doctor, who is a horrible doctor, to anyone.
