Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate

Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens. Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Some were answered

Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed
