Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.There is a New owner and was never told about it , not impressed with staff very short and huffy on the phone with me , guess I need to move on and go elsewhere
They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Office manager is VERY rude. They now have a new owner and nobody would tell me why the old staff wasnt there. I had to find out myself. Not happy with these new vets. Very unprofessional. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The office was easy enough to find. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I will absolutely return. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible.
