i just ordered 2 cheese steak hoagies from here and requested fried onions on both of them. One had raw onions and the other had no onions. Both of them had no mayo as well which they are supposed to come with lettuce, tom and mayo. i called to let them know how my order came to my house and they basically told me i was lying to them and hung up on me. this is no way to treat anyone. we just ordered food from them the night before too. i would never go back to Franks trattoria after getting treated like this. please do... read more
