I rented a chainsaw, due to my incompetence o was not able to get it functioning. I returned to the rental counter frustrated and tired. Jay took the time to get the chainsaw evaluated and it worked perfectly. I was not ready to try again to get it to work so Jay and his management refunded my rental fee, no conflict, no questions, no issues. I highly recommend Franks Supply for your rental needs.
