I took my work watch in there for a battery replacement in May 2025. I beat the daylights out of it. Well they replaced the battery all good! I noticed a day or so after they replaced my crystal and bezel of this watch. Obviously, not really observant when it comes to this watch? I have been coming here for many years and they are great folks and go way above and beyond on service! They have repaired numerous pieces of jewelry for me.
