They diagnosed a tricky problem with the rear suspension and fixed it. Very reasonable for the amount of time they had to spend on it!
In the middle of an 8 hour drive, we discovered a leak in our right passenger tire. By sheer luck we ended up at Frank’s where staff dropped everything to help us identify the leak and fixed our tire. The staff were so knowledgeable and kind and really saved us when we needed it. THANK YOU!
Dropped off our 2014 Corolla for a door lock issue that myself and another local shop couldn't figure out. The local Toyota dealership said it was going to cost $1500 to replace the ECU when I dropped it off for a daytime running lamp issue. After Toyota looked at it is when the door locks stopped working.
