So far no issues Unit was clean, driveway wide and open,
Do not go here. Started off paying $65 a month for a 5x10 storage unit. Our bill has gone up since we started renting. It is now $105. Absolutely ridiculous for a small unit!!
Very convenient business model
I highly do NOT recommend this storage facility. They get you to sign a promotional lease and after 2-3 months raise the rate and continue to up it each month after. There is NO ONE ever on site at the facility and half the time the code does not work to open the gate. One time my dad had to call the police because he was stuck INSIDE the gate and could not get out... Very inconvenient, rent a storage unit elsewhere!!
This is an update to my review below! The same day of my post I received a phone call from Justin who manages another storage unit in the area. He was most helpful and acknowledged there was a problem with the call center and he would check into that. He then helped me with the question I had regarding my insurance on unit. I also had an issue with my login on the website to access my account which I can say he walked me through and that issue resolved as well, I thanked him for the return call and appreciated him being so h... read more
