Gavin is such a gentleman and professional. He even took his shoes off before he came in the house. He mostly answered ny questions. He is awesome!!! We re deaf couple he was not awkward at all. Sure made our morning
Lack of communication, small cuts in full sheets of plywood and tossing remainder sheets when there was plenty left on the remaining sheet to do small patch areas, permit close out was a bit tenuous but by staying on top of them we got it done. Jo. Came out about 20% over estimate. Not cool at all. Before the buyout Frank was much more reasonable and has much better communication from the office.
