This place is wonderful! The owners and staff really care about their patron’s experience and the food is top notch! Can’t recommend them enough!
I love the pizza at Franks'!!!....It is most definitely the closest thing to REAL Italian fare on the entire east coast...the waitstaff are amazing as well as the friendly kitchen staff...couldn't ask for a more authentic Italian restaurant in the Richmond, VA area!!!
I love coming to Frank's. Usually once a week. The wait staff is great and we are often greated by Frank at the door.
I had the veggie calzone today and it was delicious!
The place is small and I feel too many seats so it’s not comfortable especially booths , made for tiny people. However, the food is excellent great mozzarella sticks deep fried , bread was different for Italian , they were homemade yeast rolls and delicious. Pizza great and lasagna was awesome . One thing though is chef lay off the salt , it’s too much

Meaning to write one for a while... have been multiple times. My children along for lunch, and dinner. On special dates with my wife, and just to order pizza. The atmosphere and service are exceptional! The food is top notch. Have tried several dishes on the menu, all were enjoyed and among my favorites. Have enjoyed pizza in Brooklyn and in Italy (Verona, Pisa, and Naples), all the Richmond pizza joints. I agree with a review above until I tried Franks, Mary Angelo's was local fave.
