I recently moved here from IL. I needed to get an emissions test done for two vehicles. One has been giving me problems starting so I had it towed to Frank's Quiet Zone. I have been dealing with Jennifer who is not only very professional but so very helpful and caring. I just returned from taking my second vehicle in and it was fast and smooth. I've been here twice now, once for front brakes, and once for a starter and oxygen sensor. Both jobs were done quickly and correctly. Frank clearly explained what was needed, and explained what was done. The price was about what I expected. The next time I need service, I will go here.

You know when you go into a mechanic's office and you are there for one thing and they "recommend" 20 more? Well, this isn't one of those places. I waited a few hours for my car and in the waiting room over heard the owner, Frank, talk to other customers. An elderly lady, perfect target for most mechanics, was there for an oil change. He showed her the color of another fluid. She was ready to say do it but he said it can go until the next oil change. I was surprised to hear that! Quiet zone was not only was detailed, I saved hundreds of dollars versus 2 other quotes I received! They even went as far as to not do work that could be done for free by the dealer and worked out arrangements to have that taken care of-. I have never been so surprised and appreciative. Amazing group of people!

Be careful. Frank and Brian are stand up guys but the techs working there aren't quality oriented. Had an issue with an oil change where the tech didn't tighten the drain plug, they redid an oil change but by running it low wound up causing major engine damage a few weeks later (which they blamed on bad gas (!?)). Had axle work done and had to bring it back a week later to redo it due to a "faulty part" then back again because it was noisy. Had them replace an A/C unit and the charge leaked out within a month, they recharged... read more

Frank and Brian are fantastic. My entire family goes to them and receives great service from them. They answer my questions and concerns regarding my vehicle(s) without hesitation even if I don't need to take it in for service. They certainly have a customer for life in me and my family. Thanks for all that you guys do for me and my family!!

I have been a long standing customer and recently had an emissions test and brake work done at Frank's Quiet Zone. Again, I was thoroughly impressed with the way that Frank and Brian always explain what's going on with the car in layman's terms and never talks down to me (a female) or to any customer that I've witnessed over the years.
