Poor customer service. Refused to accept that they had sent the wrong parts. Very rude on the phone.
Sucks bigtime, Sell parts as cracktestet, but crakcked Block recieved, cost More to return from where i live, so total loss.
I recently made my first purchase from franks Pontiac parts the young lady that took my order was very kind and helpful my order was promptly shipped and I even received a call from a gentlemen making sure the part described was correct the price was more than fair and I won't hesitate to order parts from franks again
I ordered a front license plate frame for a 80 Firebird--got it--was as shown on the web site--very satisfied with the price and part. Quick delivery from California to Kalamazoo. If I need another part, would contact Frank's
