This is the best pizza I have ever had in my life As I write this, I am craving a piece of the ricotta, spinach, and fresh tomato pie! This is great pizza for anyone that likes "poofy" crust, not the thin stuff that you get down the shore. actually provide their customers with the food they ordered. actually show up on time, not over an hour past the time they tell you about. actually answer the phone when you call them to try to get what you paid them for. Instead of picking up the phone and hanging up on you. actually provide you with hot food, not cold food.

I wish I could put .5 a star. The service was horrible and the food was worse.
We ate there last night 9/6. We had cheese steaks, service was mediocre but that's Frank's. Wife and I began to feel sick 30 minutes after leaving resturant. With in an hour we both Got sick and had diarrhea . I called Franks to inform them that we might have got food poison. The person that answered could care less. I said you might want to check the steak or cheese for it might be bad. Did not ask for my name or best way to reach us. We were sick for over 5 hrs.
First time there. Excellent and friendly customer service. Food was fresh and hot! Pizza was awesome. Cheese steak was so good. Lots of meat! Omg the fries are so good too! Found my new "go to" pizza shop and I only live 2 blocks away!
