I had an appointment for the first time in years, they called and changed it to a ZOOM call same day and then billed me $645 for a 10 minute phone call with a uncaring doctor, no exam, no diagnosis, no patient quality care. Why go there when we can take our PPO coverage and go to some other medical group that does provide good service???????
