I have used this company for years and have recently found out that the technician that has been in our house and all of our friends and families house is a registered sex offender. I just want everyone to be aware of this before they openly allow this company's technician into their homes. We are very upset that this information was not disclosed to us prior to sending him to our house. If we would have know I would have either canceled our very first appointment or requested a different technician.
