So sad to give this bad review. When Frank ran the place he came out and painted our entire house and we were so pleased. We had his son come out this year to paint inside and it was fine but when we tried to have him back out, he ghosted us. Told us we would be the first person on his schedule in spring and now it’s mid summer and he won’t return calls or messages, even after saying just two weeks ago “I haven’t forgotten about you”.

I had Frank and his crew paint several rooms in my home including my living room with 20 ft cathedral ceilings. Not only did they do a fantastic job painting but they also cleaned up after themselves and put my furniture back. They were faster and cheaper than other painters quoted too. I recommend Franks to all my clients and no one has ever complained.

They never showed up to do the job. They texted me Sunday night confirming our appointment time and address for Monday morning. No show. No phone call either. I’ve used them in the past and was satisfied. Even recommended them to others many times in the past. Recently Frank has retired. Since Frank has retired the customer service has went down. The son is running the business now. Unfortunately, He isn’t the best at returning phone calls either.
