First the check in process was very smooth with a very short wait before being taken to an exam room. Dr Franks reviewed my medical history and recommended a conservative treatment plan for now rather than a surgical procedure which was previously recommended by another Urology practice. I have confidence in Dr Franks and will continue under his care.
