I agree, Sissonville's best kept secret. Frank is polite, patient, remembers EVERYONE's names, knows your preferences and works with you to get exactly what you want. Plus, the converstation is always interestingly wonderful! Will never go to another stylist. He is great with cuts and color. 5 Stars!
