I don't usually write reviews, but wanted to give credit to Frank's Lock and Key. We are new to the Arroyo Grande area and Frank's was recommended to us. Very pleasant to deal with on the phone, and when the time came to do the work (installed a smart-lock) Luke showed up exactly on time. The work went smoothly until the lock wouldn't connect to our internet but Luke stuck with it and in the end it turned out to be my fault. Great service and people. I recommend them!
The best on the central coast! Frank’s is the only lock and key business I’ll ever go to. They’re super knowledgeable and so friendly. I’ve been into the shop plenty of times to get keys cut and it’s always so easy and quick and they have some really cute and cool keys to choose from. I live in San Luis Obispo and it’s always worth the drive!! 10/10 recommend
I actually look forward to getting keys made because I know I’m going to be smiling and laughing when I leave! Family run, fur babies and all, make such an enjoyable experience and they go above and beyond for me every time I have a need for keys! Right there in the parking lot of CJ‘s one of my favorite restaurants. I can’t recommend Frank’s lock and key enough! Luke came over to my house and re-keyed two of my doors in less than 10 minutes! He also showed me how to change my SCHLAGE lock. They are so dependable and very affordable in my opinion. And who doesn’t like to support a small, local business?!
