I know everyone is giving this company a five star rating and I hate being the only one leaving a bad review but I won’t do business there just by the way the employee answered the phone. I was given an attitude right from the start and all I did was ask how much an hour they charged. I think frank needs to have a talk with his employees because he is going to lose a lot of business with this guy working there. I know he lost mine

Frank is a Belchertown Treasure. If it has a motor, Frank can fix it. ALSO…best advice on the planet. It’s amazing the machine knowledge he has, and is willing to share. My older Craftsman mower, self propelled, push mower needed a wheel. Internet search yielded “close” products, but not duplicates, and even then, long wait.
