I had to change my review after having a second landscaper come because Franks Landscaping only put 2 plants and 2 flowers in my front yard, the first thing the landscaper noticed was that my brick that Frank's laid were upside down. my first look after the work was completed I felt they could have added more plants but when I got the second opinion everything changed.
