One week late on the mower repair (15 days total) and a no call. Guys who work there are annoyed when you call to check on its lateness. They probably put their friends first in the que.
Don't waste your time.
I dropped my snow blower off 8 weeks ago. After 6 weeks of excuses when I stopped by to ask about when it would be finished they became very rude. I think it's reasonable to expect it to be fixed in 8 weeks. I would recommend going elsewhere. I would give them zero stars if I could.
Sturgis ATV and Small Engine Repair did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing my generator! Their knowledge and expertise are top-notch, and their service was excellent from start to finish. On top of that, their rates were very fair. I’m beyond impressed and will definitely be returning for any future needs. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for small engine repair.
