One week late on the mower repair (15 days total) and a no call. Guys who work there are annoyed when you call to check on its lateness. They probably put their friends first in the que.
Don't waste your time.
I dropped my snow blower off 8 weeks ago. After 6 weeks of excuses when I stopped by to ask about when it would be finished they became very rude. I think it's reasonable to expect it to be fixed in 8 weeks. I would recommend going elsewhere. I would give them zero stars if I could.
