Since this was our first time visiting, we were willing to give the place a chance, but unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience on Mother’s Day Sunday. The location listed on Ling Rd is described as open, yet this location is closed and looks like they don't plan on operating out of here anytime soon.

Legitimately, one of the greatest ice cream cones I've eaten in my life. I wish I had a picture of it. It was HUGE. AND DELICIOUS. It's in a really weird location and you might not see it at first. It's like the only place open in the entire strip but that ice cream was amazing.

Bad customer service. I purchased a brownie sundae and the soft serve ice cream had a gritty texture, the brownies were extremley hard and overall inedible. Dissatisfied I asked to exchange for another flavor was told no. I had maybe 3 bites by the way. Then asked for a refund and was also told no because I purchased on a credit card, had paid in cash then I would have been refunded.
