After arriving here and waiting for 25 minutes with the tow company for someone to tell us where to put the car, and an additional 10 minutes waiting for someone after I ask if I can get help, only to be met with: "someone will be with you in a moment." I recently brought my car in for service, and Evelin provided outstanding customer service. She took the time to clearly explain what was found during the inspection and presented different options so I could choose what worked best for me. I also used their courtesy ride service while my car was being worked on. The driver was punctual, professional, and very polite. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free.
