Went for a brake replacement. Didn't actually do it. Charged me $1400 and 11,000 miles later my brakes are dangerously close to failing. They're never touching my Subaru again. Oh, and just to put a pin on it, I tried contacting them. The phone never got answered, and when an answer did come it was a full voicemail. Twice.

I had a positive experience with my salesperson, Marcello, when I bought my first Subaru Outback about a month ago. Though, when I picked it up, it had all-weather mats for a Forester in the car and not an Outback. Fine, stuff happens, but they needed to order them, and I was told to bring the Forester mats back to the dealership to swap them. Everyone was incredibly helpful especially Evelyn. She walked me step by step to help understand what was wrong with my car and even provided some insight on how to better maintain it. Also, they have a great loaner car program. I was happy that my life didn’t have to stop because I had to leave my car with them for a couple days.
