Frank’s Irvine Subaru’s service center is the best. I have taken my car there for several oil changes, a milestone service, and a major repair on my 2018 Outback. They are always professional, honest, and go the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience. Recently I had a terrible experience at a dealership in National City that jeopardized my car. Frank’s stepped in and made sure my car was okay. I swear, I will never take my car anywhere else but Frank’s again. They simply are the best!
Pleasant experience. Nice service writers, not pushy and helpful as they explain service throughly. Waiting area had a nice coffee machine, nice snacks and comfortable chairs. Oil changes are reasonably priced vs some independent shops. Would recommend vs other Subaru dealerships in the area.
I have been a customer of this dealership for many years, and they have consistently proven to be a family-oriented business that takes great pride in their work. During my most recent service visit, Service Advisor Evelin demonstrated that this wonderful tradition is still going strong. Her professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and worry-free. I highly recommend this place.
