I recently had my furnace serviced by Franks Heating and Refrigeration and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The technician arrived right on schedule, was polite and professional, and took the time to explain what he was checking and why. The staff is friendly and the service is great. I got a mini split installed for a room above our garage. We're working on getting the strings right, but everything seems great.

Frank’s Heating & Refrigeration service technician, Alex, was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The service and communication were beyond expectations. Prior to Alex arriving at my home I received a text message with a photograph of Alex and a friendly message that he was on his way. Once Alex arrived, he called me directly. Wonderful experience with Frank's Heating and Refrigeration from the Sales person, to the scheduler to the Installers, Mike and Salem. Our new heater is amazing, it heats up the house quickly! Thanks so much.
