Of the 4 quotes, only Tim P. Of Frank’s took the time to measure the house and size the unit to the house. All other quotes just wanted to swap the oversized unit. This was a complete AC / furnace replacement that was done professionally and in a timely manner. Another benefit to having the unit sized to the house - my electric use for the AC has been reduced . Frank's installed a new heat and air conditioning unit and did a fantastic job. The installers were professional, friendly, and great to talk to. They arrived on time, and when the work was complete, they left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend Frank's for all your heating and air conditioning needs.
Greg was an exemplary technician and instructor. He talked through each step in the maintenance procedure with his apprentice explaining not only what he was doing but why. He asked the apprentice questions along the way to be sure the apprentice got a complete understanding. I actually complimented him and told the apprentice that he is lucky to be with Greg.
We needed to update our heating system and add central AC. Our house is an unusual shape and maze of baseboards. We had added ductless splits to our in law previously but knew the main part of the house would benefit from more centralized AC. Frank's Heating did an excellent job creating an efficient mix of traditional heating as well as ducted and ductless heat pumps.
