I had a good experience buying my truck from out of state with Scott. We negotiated over the phone and I had a 220 mile round trip to pick up my truck. We were in and out the dealership in 30 minutes on a Saturday morning. The truck was as described and I would do this type of transaction with Franks GMC again.
I have had 4 GMC vehicles. I will not be buying another one. My 2023 Canyon Denali has been in and out of the shop with a broken camera system since I got it. Despite numerous “reboots” - GM will not replace my system. I will not buy a GMC again.
