Fast efficient service. They keep you well informed. Services are excellent.
Had a maintenance check on my terrain and all went well. I sat in the waiting area and the staff was so nice! Some staff spoke when passing through and l thought that was so nice and personable. My lease is up next year and l think lm gonna lease again with GMC.
Greeted as I pulled into the lot and employee directed me to a parking spot. At the service desk the employee said good morning and asked my name telling me my appointment is ready so have a seat in the waiting room. After my truck was ready he explained what was done.
Scott did a great job with communicating during the entire sales process. Out of state purchase. Flew in, signed papers & drove home. Thanks to Scott process could not have gone any smoother.
