Franks famous saying is "I don't know what to tell you, the warranty probably won't cover that". We had no problems with Frank up until this year. I don't understand why he has such an issue with filing things under the warranty. I called Hustler myself and they sent us to Maryville to Commercial Cutting Equipment and they had no issue with fixing the mower, completely covered under warranty, gave us a loaner mower while they fixed ours, and their customer service was unbeatable!! Take my word for it and drive to Maryville to Commercial cutting equipment instead. Franks is a great place until you need the warranty that you purchase to cover things and then it becomes an issue!

I have not had a LOT of dealings with Frank's, until the past few days. I was having a few issues with my Cub Cadet RZT50 (that I have beat the heck out of for 10 years now), and I needed some info. The guys at Frank's have been great, and had parts in stock at reasonable prices, so I did not have to order and wait. Thanks guys!
